Weighing less than 10 ounces per pair (120 cm length), LEKI Ultratrail FX.One SL poles are ideal for trail racing and ultra marathons. Carbon construction makes these fixed-length poles light and strong. Take advantage of their highly-efficient trigger straps and low-profile on race day!

Description

Ultra-lightweight, ultra-packable construction: The poles' four narrow-diameter carbon-fiber shaft sections are much lighter than aluminum. The shaft sections are connected by a highly-durable coated inner cord. After each section is aligned, a push button lock tensions and locks the pole sections securely in place. When you are ready to collapse them, push in the button to disengage the lock and fold up your poles. This innovative design reduces packed length to just over 14 inches.
Grips and straps optimized for fast-and-light performance: Trail Shark grips employ LEKI's dynamic Shark Frame mesh straps to create a connection point between your hands and the poles. This provides ergonomic performance, enhances agility, and effectively transfers power while in use. A security release system enables you to quickly connect and disconnect from the poles to change your grip position or to attend to hands-free tasks. If you prefer, you can remove the straps entirely and use the poles without them.
Low-profile tips with great traction for confident running: With small, fixed baskets and tough carbide tips, the poles provide great grip while reducing the risk of getting caught between rocks or tree roots on the trail.
Built for longevity with patented FX technology: LEKI's commitment to service and repair led to the creation of their FX technology, which allows you to easily replace the two lowest sections within minutes. If one of those sections breaks or becomes damaged, a replacement section can be obtained without needing to buy a complete set of new poles.

What do they weigh and what lengths are available?

While the poles do offer foldable collapsibility, they are not height adjustable. To accommodate varying heights and preferences, Ultratrail FX.One SL poles are available in fixed usable length options in 5 cm increments ranging from 105 cm (41.3") up to 130 cm (51.2") in length. They're also available in your choice of color options.
