The Lowa Men's Locarno Ice GTX Mid is a versatile cold-weather boot for everyday use as well as winter hiking adventures. It uses an insulated waterproof/breathable GORE-TEX lining has an insulated insole and incorporates an outsole designed to offer grip on slippery winter surfaces.
The boot has a durable abrasion-resistant nubuck leather upper. The mid-cut height of the boot strikes a nice balance between lateral support weight and protection. Because keeping your feet dry is vitally important in cold conditions an insulated GORE-TEX Partelana lining offers reliable waterproof-breathable performance.
The boot's dual-layer polyurethane midsole offers support durability and comfortable energy rebound. An insulated insole enhances fit and further protects your feet from the cold ground.
Under foot the premium Vibram Arctic Grip Trac rubber outsole delivers excellent traction on a wide variety of terrain including on snow ice or wet surfaces.
