The Pertex Quantum shell provides you with water- and wind-resistant protection while allowing the 800-fill goose down insulation to fully loft and keep you warm. The innovative cube baffling construction keeps down feathers from migrating and creating cold spots. Down suffers wen exposed to moisture but this jacket offers shingled synthetic insulation in addition to down to better handle cold and wet conditions. An insulated adjustable hood extends protection and increases warmth.
The jacket's zippered handwarmer pockets keep your hands comfortable and ready for climbing or fiddling with gear. Dual zippered chest pockets and two interior mesh pockets provide additional space for smaller items and valuables. A stuff sack is included for safe storage in your pack.
