The durable lightweight Marmot Women's Essential Jacket offers full waterproof/breathable protection in a full-length silhouette that adds a touch of fashion as well as extended coverage.
The jacket is constructed of GORE-TEX Paclite polyester fabric and bolstered by fully taped seams. The recycled fabric has a softer "hand" than traditional hard shell fabrics but doesn't sacrifice waterproof protection. The lightweight construction allows the jacket to weigh in at less than 15 ounces while still delivering more coverage than average rain jackets. Integrated pit zips allow you to vent the jacket if temperatures start to climb and do so without jeopardizing weatherproof protection.
Other features include an attached adjustable hood a storm flap over the front zipper two zippered hand pockets and adjustable Velcro cuffs.
Available in your choice of size and color options the Marmot Women's Essential Jacket has a regular fit that anticipates baselayers and midlayers being worn beneath it.
