The product seems to work well to keep out water. My tent has been out in the rain twice since I seamed sealed it and I've had no leaks.

Messy to apply, difficult to put on the right amount. Lots of dripping and excess product during application.

Bought this to seal the seams in a brand new tent. The sealant is easy to use, its built in brush provides a "somewhat" easy to use applicator and the fumes aren't too bad. If you don't like the applicator you can use a small paint brush for easy application.

Kept the tent reasonably dry. Easy to use.

Water got in during a really wild series of thunderstorms. 60 mph winds and a couple inches of water will do that. I'll have to use quite a few more applications to make it really water tight.

This product works as stated. seals seams effectively.

Applicator brush is a bit messy. The product is thin and drips off the brush easily.
