A highly versatile insulated layering piece, the Montane Men's Prism Jacket has lightweight construction and all-condition synthetic insulation that allows it to serve as a stand-alone jacket in cool temperatures or an exceptionally warm midlayer in the cold of winter.

Description

A highly versatile insulated layering piece the Montane Men's Prism Jacket has lightweight construction and all-condition synthetic insulation that allows it to serve as a stand-alone jacket in cool temperatures or an exceptionally warm midlayer in the cold of winter.

The exterior of the jacket is 30D Pertex Quantum ripstop nylon. Lightweight 100% recycled 40g PrimaLoft Silver insulation a polyester fill that delivers warmth even in wet conditions. Additional insulation in front of and behind two front pockets ensures that your hands have a warm place to hide from the elements. An insulated roll-away hood extends coverage and enhances warmth.

Other features include a full-length front zipper with an internal storm flap elastic cuffs a drawcord-adjustable hem and a zippered chest pocket. The jacket can be stowed safely inside the front right hand pocket when not in use.

Available in your choice of size and color options the Montane Men's Prism Jacket has an Active Mountain fit that is cut close but still allows room for low-profile layers beneath it.

Good lightweight jacket

Likes

Love the style of the jacket. 5’11, 195lbs and the XL fits great. Thin, light and easily packable into it’s own pocket

Dislikes

For some reason, the insulation appears to be lacking in the upper arm area of both sleeves. Worn back to back with a different jacket the immediate difference can be felt.
