The Mountainsmith Clear Creek 25 daypack provides the carrying comfort, storage capacity (1425 cubic inches), and organizational features for a full day on the trail.
A high-density foam framesheet and a mesh-covered padded backpanel combine to equip the pack for comfortable carry of up to 30 pounds. A channeled design and perforated foam enhance breathability and help to keep you from overheating. Dual-density padded shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap, and a webbed hipbelt aid in load stability. The hipbelt can be removed entirely when not needed or you want to save weight.
The pack offers 1425 cubic inches of internal storage space. Beneath the lid, an extendible storm collar protects the top of the packbag. A zippered compartment in the lid has an additional map pocket.
Other features include a front expansion pocket, dual side mesh pockets, tool and trekking pole attachments, compression straps, and external gear loops. A dedicated sleeve and dual exit ports make the pack hydration compatible (hydration system not included).
