With dual doors, a roomy interior of 35 square feet and watertight construction, the Mountainsmith Morrison 2  tent is an excellent choice for 3-season camping. Easy to set up and boasting additional features like reflective guylines, ventilation fly windows and internal mesh storage pockets, the Morrison 2 delivers excellent value at a budget-friendly price.

Weighing 4 pounds 13 ounces, the Morrison 2 offers 35 square feet of usable interior space. Dual vestibules combine to provide additional sheltered space in front of the Morrison 2's doors. This space is ideal for storing gear or wet, muddy boots.

Clip construction makes it easy to connect the fabric body of the Morrison 2 to the 7000 series aluminum alloy poles. Mountainsmith further ensures watertight performance with fully taped, bathtub floor construction. Mesh construction in the walls of the tent body reduces condensation and fly ventilation windows offers better breathability. Reflective guylines provide visibility for those times when you need to set up after dark.

Light weight and easy set up

That it has 2 doors on this unit , it also light enough that it will not weigh you down when hiking I put my pack together and then I will but my tent on the out side either at the bottom of my pack are the top depends on were I'm going and for how long easy to set up. I got these tents for my scout troop for the scouts masters to use if they did not have a tent of there own and every one that used it was really easy to put up need to remind that these guys have not been camping in a long time so they forgot how to set up and I showed one time how to do it and they had it down.

Dislikes

The only big dislike I have to this tent is they could have used a better bottom instead of having to buy a foot print for it I would have just have the little extra weight with a good bottom that did not need a foot print.

Likes

Easy to set up. Good amount of room for 2 people and equipment. Sets up quickly. Easy access from both sides. Each person can enter from their own side. Plenty of tie downs for keeping rain fly tight.

Dislikes

A little heavy when just one person caries the whole thing. Not a light weight shelter but it is a sturdy shelter.

Likes

Great size for two people or for one with a lot of gear (that's me!). Has bathtub sides so a footprint isn't entirely necessary (there also isn't one available specifically for it). Hanging gear net is nice addition. Keeps up in colder temperatures, a true three season.

Dislikes

Doesn't come with footprint, but it does have bathtub sides. Vestibule space a little lacking.
