Mystery Ranch Sphinx (Closeout) Internal Frame Backpack

The award-winning Mystery Ranch Sphinx backpack has hybrid top-loading and panel-loading access, convenient access features, and load-hauling capability. That performance combination makes the pack ideal for weekend trips or multi-day backpacking.

The pack utilizes a carbon fiber frame to deliver lightweight load stability and performance-enhancing torsional flex. Padding in the shoulder straps, backpanel, and waistbelt offers supportive cushioning. An adjustable sternum strap and load-lifter straps combine to let you dial in fit and maximize balance. To further ensure a proper fit, the pack is available in a variety of sizes that accommodate differing torso lengths (see the Size Chart for recommended fit range).

The pack offers over 4200 cubic inches of storage capacity. You can access the main packbag through the top of the pack or via a vertical front zipper that provides "wide open" access. Two large front zippered "torpedo" pockets and zippered lid pockets offer additional storage options. Side stretch pockets are ideal for water bottles and zippered waistbelt pockets keep small valuables close at hand. The lid can be removed entirely to save on weight. Side and lower compression straps aid in load stabilization and offer other options for external gear lashing. A lined sleeve makes the pack hydration compatible (hydration system not included).
