Description

The Urban Assault 24 daypack adds a larger capacity option to Mystery Ranch's best-selling Urban Assault line. Featuring their unique 3-zipper access system, a supportive plastic framesheet, and organizational pockets for laptops, documents, and small items, the pack is designed to give commuters the same rugged durability for which Mystery Ranch is known.

A full-length plastic framesheet provides support for your daily gear load. Heavy-duty 500D Cordura fabric and sturdy YKK zipper provide excellent durability and ensure long-term, dependable performance.

The main 1450 cubic inch-capacity compartment is accessed by Mystery Ranch's signature 3-zipper arrangement which provides a fast and versatile way to open the pack. There is an additional zippered compartment on the lid as well as two side water bottle pockets. An internal document pocket organizes pens and papers and there is also a floating, padded internal sleeve designed to safely stow up to a 15" laptop.

The laptop compartment is interesting, could be used for a hyrdation pack because the bag is not hyradtion friendly.

Dislikes

This bag is not up to even average Mystery Ranch standards. It seems like a cheap apporach to entering the general bag market. Odd too is that it is so different from the normal Urban Assault.
