A lightweight, feature-rich option for extended backpacking trips, the Mystery Ranch Women's Stein 62 has a clean profile, load-hauling capability, and a versatile lid that can be removed to function as a technical daypack.
Balancing weight and strength, the pack utilizes a carbon fiber frame to deliver load stability while still providing performance-enhancing torsional flex. Padding in the shoulder straps, backpanel, and waistbelt offers supportive cushioning. Adjustability throughout the women's specific suspension system, an adjustable sternum strap, and load-lifter straps combine to let you dial in fit and maximize balance. To further ensure a proper fit, the pack is available in a variety of sizes that accommodate differing torso lengths (see the Size Chart for recommended fit range).
The pack has a top-loading 3783 cubic inch-capacity main compartment and a side vertical zipper grants additional access when you want to quickly put hands on an item. A separate lower compartment is ideal for a sleeping bag or other gear you might want to keep separate from the contents of the main compartment. It has a unique horizontal zipper that makes it really convenient for packing and unpacking.
Other features include a large front zippered pocket, zippered lid pockets, and stretch side pockets. The lid can even be removed entirely to save weight or to serve as a fully-functional two-compartment daypack, equipped with its own padded and adjustable shoulder straps. Daisy chains on the front of the main packbag provide additional places to lash gear. Side compression straps aid in load stabilization and offer another option for external gear lashing. A lined sleeve makes the pack hydration compatible (hydration system not included).
