The Xsmall best fits 23"-28" waists, the Small/Medium best fits 29"-34" waists, and the Large/Xlarge best fits 35"-40" waists. Make sure to measure the circumference of your waist exactly where you intend to wear the belt, taking into consideration whether you like it to ride high or low in relation to your hips.
