The Enwild Difference
A hybrid tarp and screened in bug shelter, the NEMO Bugout has versatility for paddling excursions, hammock camping, car camping trips, or backyard gatherings. The protective tarp-style top keeps out sun and rain and the mesh sidewalls maximize breathability while still banishing bugs.
Measuring 144" x 144", the shelter has a floor area of 144 square feet which is more than enough room for a full-size picnic table or a few NEMO camp chairs (sold separately). When pitched, it has a tall 84" internal peak height. NOTE: The Bugout is not freestanding. Poles are NOT included, but integrated connections points, guyout lines, and tie-offs enable you to pitch it from trees or with trekking poles or accessory poles. 75D PU-coated polyester on the roof effectively wards off glare and precipitation while no-see-um mesh side panels and doors maximize ventilation while keeping insects at bay. When there are no bugs in sight, the side walls can be rolled up and secured.
