Balancing performance and price, the NEMO Disco 15 Degree bag has a unique "Spoon Shape" design that provides roomy comfort for 3-season camping or backpacking.

Down insulation has long been renowned for its compressible properties and efficiency in delivering an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The shortcoming of down has been its susceptibility to the effects of moisture, losing much of its performance qualities when wet or damp. The Disco 15's 650-fill Nikwax Hydrophobic down insulation provides water-repellency that keeps the insulation dry longer and allows it to dry faster if it should become wet. More importantly, it maintains thermal efficiency even if it becomes wet, a quality that could traditionally only be found in heavier, less-compressible synthetic fills. The bag's 30D ripstop nylon shell has a DWR treatment to further protect the insulation from the elements.

NEMO’s innovative Spoon Shape contours give you extra space where it matters most. The cut starts wide in the shoulders, tapers in at the hips for comfort and warmth, and flares back out through the knees, letting you bend and shift naturally throughout the night. Another unique feature is NEMO's "Thermo Gills", zippered panels that enable you to vent body heat at your core without having to unzip the entire bag. This temperature regulation feature allows the bag to remain comfortable in varying temperatures. A waterproof/breathable footbox protects the bag further from the condensation build up that frequents the inside of tent walls.

Other comfort features include a fully-insulated hood and NEMO’s soft, down-filled Blanket Fold design. This insulated panel at the collar of the bag mimics home bedding and can be tucked around the face on cold nights or lay flat when it’s not needed. A contoured side zipper and down-insulated draft tube keep cold air out of the bag's interior. Drawcord adjustments around the face can be tightened or loosened as needed. A small zippered pocket provides a place to safely stash valuables.

Available in your choice of Regular (fits to 6’ 0") and Long (6’ 6") lengths, the NEMO Disco 15 Degree sleeping bag includes a stuff sack and a storage sack.

Such A Versatile Sleeping Bag

Absolutely love this bag, especially at this price point. It features both a flap and vents to regulate your temperature which no other bag had. It packs down pretty well and comes with a compression bag.

Dislikes

The zippers get caught and no flap to expose the feet just in case you get too hot.

As good as I hoped it would be.

I've had it for 2 weeks now but haven't slept outside in it yet, so I can't comment on warmth. But I think it's will be awesome. The material is very comfortable whether I'm laying on top, or inside of it. And that's something I'm picky about. I got the long version for the extra width and it seems like it will be perfect. There is plenty of room if I ever need to layer up during cold weather. I've never been able to sleep well in mummy bags due to the dimensions. The compression bag will allow me to take it backpacking. The thermo gills and blanket fold are great touches. I'm confident I've finally found my sleeping bag for the long term. I'll know soon enough, as we have some camping trips planned.

Love Nemo Sleeping Bags

Love the roominess and warmth of these bags. I have slept out in single digit temps and stayed toasty warm. Lots of room if you are a restless sleeper, you never feel cramped. Bag compresses down very well. Awesome service from Backcountryedge is icing on the cake for this great sleeping bag.

Great for Rotating Side Sleepers

The shape allows side sleepers who rotate easy maneuverability even when fully zipped. I tested this on two nights (one cold and one not so cold). I was warm and cozy the cold night and put the vents to use on the second night...they really work!
