NEMO Galaxi 2P w/ Footprint (Closeout) 3-Season Backpacking Tent

The NEMO Galaxi 2P tent is a durable 3-season shelter that offers a great feature-set for first-time and budget-minded backpackers and campers. An included footprint adds value and extends the life of the tent.

Intended to house up to two people, the tent provides 32 square feet of interior space. The full coverage rainfly creates integrated vestibules in front of the tent's two side doors, resulting in an additional 22 square feet (11 per vestibule) of weather-protected external storage space.

A hubbed aluminum pole system makes set up easy and provides lightweight, sturdy structural support. Pre-bends in the poles help to increase the verticality of the tent's sidewalls to create enhanced internal elbow room. The freestanding design enables you to pitch the tent and then move it around your chosen campsite to find the optimal rock and root-free position for your tent. Stakes are included to ensure a taut, secure pitch.

Mesh panels in the walls and ceiling of the tent body allow air to circulate and combat condensation. The durable 75D polyester floor and 68D polyester rainfly have PU coatings to ward off the elements and all seams are tape sealed. The included custom-fit footprint adds an additional layer of protection from mud, ground water, and sharp objects like rocks, exposed roots and pine needles. When conditions cooperate, you can leave the tent body behind and use just the poles, footprint, and rainfly as a lightweight shelter.
