Description

Mattress-like structure for stable sleeping comfort: NEMO's Apex baffles employ low-stretch, die-cut trusses to create stable support with just the right amount of give, so you avoid the wobbly, pool raft-like feel of traditional air pads. A single layer of Thermal Mirror film reflects back body heat to add a measure of lightweight warmth. Inflating to 3 inches of thickness, the pad creates an excellent barrier between backpackers, their sleeping bags, and the ground below.
Multifunctional valve that's easy to use for inflation, deflation, and micro-adjustments: The zero-profile Laylow valve doesn't stick out to catch your arm or bedding as you move in the night, but is within easy reach so you can make adjustments as you settle in for the night. The valve allows for fast deflation and pairs with the included pump sack for moisture-free inflation.
Quiet, durable, lightweight fabrics: The pad utilizes a custom-made 10D Cordura nylon to shave weight to an absolute minimum while still providing reliable puncture-resistance. The surface doesn't create sleep-interrupting noise when you change positions during the night.

Sizing and inflation

The NEMO Tensor Elite inflatable sleeping pad is available in Short Mummy (63" x 20") and Regular Mummy (72" x 20") size options. A stuff sack is included for easy packing and storage and an included inflation sack provides efficient and moisture-free inflation.
