Description

  • Synthetic upper balances durability, breathability, and weather protection: The boot's mesh upper has strategically welded TPU overlays to ensure durability without diminishing the ability to dump excess heat. A waterproof/breathable lining helps to keep your foot dry and comfortable. Recycled laces, recycled webbing, and the use of post-industrial materials helps to reduce environmental impact.
  • The midfoot construction and an included insole provide comfort, fit, and performance: A single-density EVA midsole and ESS plate adapt to varying terrain while providing support, protection, a softer heel strike, and energy return. An anatomically designed O FIT insole made of recycled content enhances overall comfort and helps to wick moisture
  • All-terrain traction for on-the-trail or around town: Oboz's Trail Tread rubber compound offers excellent slip-resistance and reliable long-term durability.

This boot has all the speedy agile responsiveness of a trail sneaker but the extra ankle support that’s necessary for tougher trails that go up and down. I am pleased to report that the B-dry liner has been a solid choice in the rain or slush, keeping my feet dry but not sweaty. I ended up going with a half-size larger than my usual Oboz boot, due to the athletic shape in the forefoot.
