Ideal for the thru-hiker who wants the lightest possible pack but would prefer some support not provided by a frameless rucksack, the large-capacity Osprey Lumina 60 Women's pack weighs less than 2 pounds but still comfortably carries up to 30 pounds!

Committed to providing all outdoor enthusiasts with optimal performance, Osprey equips its women's packs with gender-specific design features. Harnesses are cut wider through the collar bone area and have an ergonomic taper in the chest area. Offering a women's specific cant and a narrower cut, the hipbelts found on Osprey's women's packs also cater to female users.

An ultra-lightweight 6065 aluminum frame combines with a 3D tensioned breathable mesh backpanel to equip the pack with support and ventilation. Seamless layered mesh on the Exoform shoulder harness is a cut above what you'll find on most minimalist-minded packs. Lightly padded hipbelt wings add additional support and an ErgoPull closure draws tension along the top and the bottom of the belt to help you dial in fit. An adjustable sternum strap and load-lifter straps allow for additional on-the-go fit fine-tuning. The pack's NanoFly 100D Cordura nylon fabric has an impressive strength-to-weight ratio and is highly resistant to moisture, abrasion, and UV rays.

Accommodating users of different dimensions, the pack is available in three sizes: Xsmall best fits torsos ranging from 14"-17" in length, Small accommodates torsos ranging from 16"-19", and the Medium best fits 18"-21" torso lengths. The storage capacity varies based on size, as well: Xsmall offers 3295 cubic inches, Small provides 3478 cubic inches, and the Medium has a 3661 cubic inch capacity.

The top-loading packbag is accessed through a fixed, protective lid. Stretch pockets on the front and sides offer additional organizational options and keep gear and extra layers close at hand. Side compression cording aids in load transfer and allows you to cinch contents safely in place. Other features include a zippered lid pocket, internal compression straps, top lid cord attachment points, and a small safety whistle integrated into the sternum strap buckle. The pack has a lined sleeve and drinking tube port that make it hydration compatible (hydration system sold separately).
