not good for more than 24-hours of rain

Ultra lite weight.

no pit zips. Used this upper in a 11-day trip. We had a 36-hour non-stop downpour, after 24 hours the jacket gave up and began wetting through. Now it wets through at the mere sight of water. I replaced it with an ULTIMATE DIRECTION top. The UD Leggings survived the 36-hours and hoping for the top to be a great performer.

One of the best rain jackets for price and weight!

Bought a size small for my wife (5'6", 140 lbs). Fits greats, water proof, and very lightweight.

UL rain n’ such

Fits great! I’m 5’8”, 175lbs. The craft beer has me a little more port than desired, and the Medium fits great. Enough to shell over some down, and fitted enough for trail wear. Super light. Not as ‘sticky’ like other laminate jackets. Full disclosure, haven’t had it out in a rain squall, but it’s purpose is for dry mountain summers on windy passes - an “oh sh&t” later for the occasional wet storm system. The jungle green color...MUAH!
Dislikes
Can’t think of any. No pockets...but you already knew that.

Great Packable Jacket

I like how this jacket stuffs into itself in such a tiny way. I literally throw this into my gear everywhere I go, and I forget that I have it.... That's how small it is!
Dislikes
Not a very breathable jacket, but for the price you're getting a jacket that compresses down into itself and has very good rain protection.

Needs hand pockets

Very minimalist spartan rain jacket. It is great as a bare minimal rain jacket. It keeps you dry and packs down to the size of a baseball. If it only had hand pockets it would be a 5 star jacket.
Dislikes
No hand pockets.

Lightweight fits good looks good (Pewter). I bought a large, I'm 6' 175. It's a nice fit with a t-shirt and I can get a light down under it although it's a tight fit. I would say this jacket runs on the smaller size, especially compared to other brands Marmot, Patagonia even Arcteryx to a degree. So size up if on the fence. Great lightweight shell, it replaced my Marmot Precip and Patagonia Houdini as it does double duty as a shell and windshirt.
Dislikes
no pit zips

Just in case jacket
Likes
Mine weighed in at only 6.3oz and packs very small. Has stayed waterproof through moderate showers. I'm 6'3" 180lbs and the large fit like a glove.
Dislikes
Not as breathable, windproof or waterproof as a 3 layer Gortex, eVent or Polartec shell but for 1/2 to 1/3 the weight and cost it is above expectations.

Packs down small and light
Likes
It packs down small into its own pocket. Super light. I haven’t had a chance to actually wear it in the rain, but carried it in my pack 5 days in Glacier NP. I am ready when it does rain.
Dislikes
Tiny zipper seems too small. Worried about durability. Based on other review and research it shouldn’t be an issue.

excellent versatile jacket

-light weight -packs small -packs easily -reasonably breathable -excellent wind resistance -waterproof -brimmed hood with snug cord
Dislikes
-poor inside pocket placement -ember/charcoal model is not a solid orange color (patterned with tiny black dots)
