Great for Emergency Backup

Likes

Excellent weight. Works well for non-active layering for warmth/wet. I carry this as a backup dry jacket & the weight is right.

Dislikes

No pit Zips, Poor Ventilation. Not my primary for XC Skiing or Hiking.

Lightweight Packable Value Fit Style

Dislikes

Jacket color is inaccurate from the photo for peacock/ hops. The color of the coat is much more vibrant, especially the green (hops) color.

Great jacket

Likes

Wore this jacket and a short sleeve shirt on my motorcycle going 75mph for 45 minutes 50°f weather about 30°f with wind chill in light rain. I managed to stay dry and warm through out the ride, so pretty happy with the purchase so far.

Dislikes

Kind of tight. I normally wear a large because I have wide shoulders and can wear the large comfortably, but its to tight to layer a down jacket underneath comfortably which is something i was hoping to do during colder weather. Definitely size up if you have a wide frame and dont want to hulk out of this thing.

Travel

Likes

I am 6'0, 180 lbs and the Large fits great over a sweater. Very lightweight and packs down in its own pocket to 5x5x2, which is great for travelers trying to maximize luggage space. Sheds light rain very well. Haven't been able to try it in a downpour.

Dislikes

Awkward space in the chest area when fully zipped

Perfect for me

Likes

Light weight, very small pack size, wind and waterproof. Wanted a compact shell for my trail running pack, this fits the bill perfectly. There are some that are slightly lighter, but this is awesome value for money. I'm a desert dweller, so it's mostly short showers, or used as a wind breaker. The fit is athletic, I sized up to large so it would cover my running pack/vest. I like it enough that I bought a medium as well for when I'm not using it for running. I'd recommend this for hikers , backpackers or trail runners.

Dislikes

Pit zips would be cool, but they add weight and affect compressibility, not a dislike, more like a wish but I don't miss them.

90% Satisfied

Likes

Extremely lightweight, packs down small Happy with the quick exchange for larger size

Dislikes

Had to exchange for an X-Large as fit was to tight, difficult to put on over layers. When hiking in steady all day rain with backpack on some water does get forced through where pack contacts shoulders and upper back.

Excellent rain jacket

Likes

Lightweight, kept me dry on two day hikes in the rain. Seems to be more durable than the Frog Togg jacket that it replaced- a lot more expensive, though.

Dislikes

The bill/visor could be a little stiffer.
