The exterior shell is constructed of wind- and water-resistant ripstop polyester. A waxed canvas upper adds a touch of style and durability. VerticalX polyester insulation on the interior of the jacket effectively manages moisture so that you remain dry even during high-intensity activities or in wet conditions. Unlike down the insulation continues to keep you warm even if it should become wet.
Other features include a zippered chest pocket a snap-closure chest pocket zippered hand pockets and gusseted cuffs with snap closures.
Available in your choice of size and color options the Outdoor Research Men's Prologue Refuge Jacket has a standard fit that balances thermal efficiency with the expectation that you'll be wearing other layers underneath the jacket. It also allows you to comfortably wear a protective hard shell over top of it.
