Blended 150 gram construction delivers the best of natural and synthetic performance: The inherent temperature-regulation, ability to wick moisture, and anti-odor properties of wool pair nicely with the increased durability and enhanced softness of recycled polyester and the stretchiness of elastane to keep you dry and comfortable if worn as a baselayer or as a cool-weather top layer.
Sun-protection for use as a top layer: Its UPF 30 rating makes the hoodie a great option for use as outerwear in full sun on the snow, on the water, or on the trail.
Additional special features incorporated for maximum versatility: A 3-panel hood with a full-coverage balaclava greatly increases overall warmth and protection and integrated thumbholes on the sleeves eliminate the gapping that can otherwise lead to a poor fit or allow cold air to sneak inside.
