Good at keeping water out, bad at letting moisture out
Likes
Helium jacket is great at what its for but probably has less use than you want. If you expect to have a super light shell to sit around in camp/etc with, this is for you. If you expect to hike in this actively, look elsewhere. Super light, 6.2oz on my scale size medium, and packs down the size of a softball (triangular my shaped) into its pocket. Keeps the wind & rain out.
Dislikes
Keeps moisture in. If you're moving quick and sweating up a storm, you'll probably be drenched from sweat rather than rain. It doesn't have any pit zips.Trim fitting, size up if you expect to have a mid layer under it. Next to skin feel is very clammy.
