Blended 150 gram construction delivers the best of natural and synthetic performance: The inherent temperature-regulation, ability to wick moisture, and anti-odor properties of wool pair nicely with the increased durability and enhanced softness of polyester blended with a touch of stretch to keep you dry and comfortable when worn as a baselayer or as a cool-weather top layer.
Sun-protection for use as a top layer: Its UPF 30 rating makes the top a great option for use as outerwear in full sun on the snow, on the water, or on the trail.
Comfortable stretch-fit, full-coverage design: The light stretch of the body fabric pairs with raglan sleeves and flat-seam construction for next-to-skin comfort that won't rub or chafe. A 3-panel hood with a balaclava greatly increases overall warmth and protection and integrated thumbholes on the sleeves eliminate the gapping that can otherwise lead to a poor fit or allow cold air to sneak inside. There's even a pony port at the back of the hood for keeping your hair out of the way.
