  • Ultra-lightweight warmth and compressibility delivers premium performance: The jacket's 800-fill down insulation has an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio that provides unmatched warmth in a light and packable design. Low-profile elastic cuffs and an adjustable elastic drawcord at the hem help seal out drafts.
  • Cozy hooded coverage for colder days: The low-profile hood is fully insulated with the same light and lofty down as the rest of the jacket and has a smooth elastic binding to keep it snug when in use.
  • Incorporated organization to stow and protect essentials: There are two zipper hand pockets with a soft tricot lining for comfort. The left-hand pocket even doubles as a stuff sack for the jacket! On the interior, a zippered chest pocket and drop-in stash pocket safely stow small items.

The impressively buttery-soft face fabric is what first drew me to this piece- I couldn’t stop petting it! It’s incredibly quiet and doesn’t swish like some other down jackets I have. It’s far from feeling bulky, making it easy to throw a shell on over top. A number is included on the tag that can be used to track where the down was sourced from, which was not only really cool to learn about, but made me feel good about owning a jacket with responsibly sourced premium insulation. The hand pockets are soft on one side that are nice for wind beaten knuckles, yet the other size of the pocket is cool and slick, keeping my palms from getting sweaty. This looks casual enough to wear around town yet would perform well on adventures in the backcountry; it does it all!
