Versatility is the name of the game with the Big Agnes Lost Ranger 3N1 15 Degree sleeping bag. If you backpack or camp during more than one season, this modular system offers a roomy outer bag with a separate inner bag designed to be used either in combination or independently!
Description
- Modular design to maximize versatility across seasons: The 3N1 system consists of a semi-rectangular outer bag and a more fitted, mummy-like inner bag. Used together, they offer maximum warmth and even have offset quilt lines to eliminate draft areas. Either bag can be used on its own in warmer temperatures!
- Adjustable sleeve system anchors your pad under you through the night: The outer bag features the Padlok Sleep System, which has a cinchable pad sleeve so that you can sleep comfortably without rolling off your pad at night. The adjustable sleeve fits a wide variety of sleeping pads.
- Water-resistant down insulation ensures all-condition performance: Both bags use 650-fill RDS-certified Downtek insulation, which has a PFC-free hydrophobic treatment to provide an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio with weather-resistance to keep on insulating even when damp or wet. Products certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) contain down or feathers from farms certified to animal welfare requirements.
- Features for snug backcountry sleeping: The outer bag has top corner hand pockets so you can wrap it around you like a quilt at home, and Pillow Barn pocket incorporated into the pad sleeve so you can keep a pillow (or puffy jacket) tucked in all night. There are also two side zippers for easy in/out and temperature regulation, along with insulated draft tubes seal in warmth. The tapered design of the inner bag is designed to move with you when you roll over or change positions, keeping you warm and comfortable no matter how you prefer to sleep.
Sizing, fit, and storage
The Big Agnes Lost Ranger 3N1 15 Degree sleeping bag is available in a Small length which fits up to 5' 6", a Regular length which fits up to 6' 0" and a Long which fits up to 6' 6". The Padlok sleep system has a suggested minimum pad size of 20" x 72" and a maximum size of 30" x 78" and rectangular pad shapes are recommended (sleeping pads sold separately). Big Agnes includes a larger storage bag so you can keep the bag uncompressed when not in use and a stuff sack for convenient packing.
