Compact and lightweight enough for backpacking but comfy enough for backyard lounging, the Big Agnes Mica Basin Chair utilizes premium fabrics and a collapsible aluminum frame to balance weight and strength.
The chair employs lightweight, durable shock-corded aluminum poles and high-tenacity 100D Robic and 300D polyester ripstop fabrics. The fabrics also have a waterproof coating that increases tear strength and overall durability. Despite weighing just over 2 pounds, the chair can safely support up to 300 pounds.
The seat of the chair is 22" at its widest point and it sits 16" off of the ground. When not in use, the chair packs down inside the included 3.5" x 17.5" stuff sack.
