Ideal for thru-hikers and ounce-counting backpackers, the Big Agnes V Notch UL 40 Degree bag utilizes high-performance synthetic insulation to deliver reliability in dry or wet conditions and do so at a weight of just a pound and a half!
The bag is lightly insulated with PrimaLoft Hi-Loft Ultra Silver insulation. This soft, lofty, and compressible synthetic insulation utilizes recycled content and, unlike down, it continues to deliver warmth even if it should become wet. Nylon ripstop shell and internal fabrics have been given a durable water-repellent treatment to further protect the insulation from moisture while providing lightweight durability.
The bag has a minimalist hood and a full-length two-way zipper allows the bag to be opened completely for use as a quilt. This also enables you to easily vent the bag to account for temperature changes. Ergonomic footbox construction provides comfortable room for your feet and toes. External loops are helpful for drying or storing the bag when not in use.
Available in Regular (fits to 6' 0") and Long (6' 6") size options, the Big Agnes V Notch UL 40 Degree sleeping bag includes a storage sack and a stuff sack.
