The Marmot Men's Hype Down Jacket is a lightweight, insulating layer with excellent wind-resistance and water-resistant down fill. Low-profile baffles provide consistent warmth and allow the jacket to pack into its own pocket when not in use.
Description
- High-performance exterior offers lightweight protection without excess weight or bulk: A sleek 100% pre-consumer recycled Pertex Quantum nylon ripstop exterior keeps weight to a minimum and narrow stitched baffles reduce excess "puffiness" which allows the hoody to do double-duty as a midlayer.
- Ultra-lightweight water-resistant down insulation adds all-weather confidence: The jacket's 800-fill power hydrophobic down insulation offers soft, lofty warmth, lightweight compressibility, and water-resistant, quick-drying protection that far exceeds the performance of untreated down.
- Fit features promote uninhibited active movement and potential for layering: The full-length front zipper eases pulling the jacket on and taking it off while also enhancing ventilation and elastic bound cuffs and an adjustable hem ensure a comfortable fit even when you're on the move.
- Pocketing that double as a stuff sack: Zippered front pockets give hands a warm escape from the cold and also allow you to compress the jacket and throw it in your pack so it's at the ready when temperatures start to dip.
How does it fit?
