Description
A large, minimalist shelter for up to 4 adventurers, the lightweight MSR Front Range Ultralight Tarp Shelter provides more than 80 square feet of protection and utilizes durable and innovative construction to fend off rain or snow. NOTE: A trekking pole, ski pole, or accessory pole is also required for a proper pitch.
Measuring 108" x 108", the shelter has an 81 square foot interior that provides enough room for up to 4 occupants. Pitched with a ski pole, trekking pole, or accessory pole at its center, the shelter has a 64" interior peak height. The tarp is constructed of 20D riptstop nylon and bolstered by MSR's innovative, long-lasting, and durable XtremeShield coating to ensure full weather-protection. A large zippered door provides easy entry and exit and can be rolled back to maximize ventilation.
To equip the shelter with even greater versatility, consider pairing it with the MSR Front Range Bug/Floor Insert (sold separately). Its mesh canopy and bathtub style floor help to ward off insects and provide underfoot protection.
