NEMO Dagger OSMO 2P 3-Season Backpacking Tent (Used)

Lightweight enough for backpacking, yet roomy for livability, the NEMO Dagger OSMO 2P has dual doors, dual vestibules, and all the features you need for a comfortable camp in the backcountry. It's also made from a cutting-edge fabric that minimizes the use of harmful chemicals and is made from 100% recycled materials.

The rainfly and floor of this tent are made from the OSMO fabric, which uses a combination of 100% Global Recycled Standard (GRS) recycled nylon and polyester yarns. The nylon fibers provide exceptional strength while the polyester fibers resist stretching when wet. In addition to optimizing strength and water resistance, OSMO achieves water repellency with a PFC chemical-free finish and meets flammability requirements without fire retardant chemical additives. The result is a tent fabric that has an optimal balance of strength and water repellency, that dries faster and has less stretch than conventional tent fabrics.

Measuring 90" x 50", the tent has over 31 square feet of floor area and offers a peak height of 42". Two large side-entry doors create convenient access for two. Inside, an overhead pocket uses light-diffusing fabric to create a comfortable nighttime glow and an interior clip on the rainfly makes it easy to tie back the outer door for ventilation and a view on fair-weather nights. While the rainfly and floor are made of OSMO ripstop fabric, the tent's canopy is a combination of nylon ripstop and no-see-um mesh for bug protection and ventilation. In addition to dual vestibules with a combined total of over 22 square feet of exterior storage space, the tent includes a triangular waterproof storage tub that tucks into the vestibule to protect essential gear from moisture or damp ground.

A hubbed-pole design with a ridge pole makes for easy setup and provides generous interior volume so you have room to spread out and headroom throughout the tent, rather than just at the center. The poles and webbing are color-coded for easy setup.

The tent's rainfly and floor are fully waterproof, but a custom-fit footprint (sold separately) can be used to offer additional protection against standing water, rocks, and roots.

The Dagger OSMO 2P includes NEMO's Divvy Cube stuff sack. This is a roll-top stuff sack with a shape inspired by packing cubes to make it easier to compress the tent if you're sharing the load with another backpacker or just separating the poles out for a more efficient pack size.
