With an engineering focus on combining lightweight materials with uncompromising durability and maximized cushioning rather than compromising one for any of the others, the norda Women's 001A trail running shoe is ready made for sustained wear and ultra distances. NOTE: size-up one half size for optimal fit.

- Innovative breathable and quick-drying Dyneema upper: The shoe's unique open mesh recycled Bio-Dyneema upper has a weave pattern that maximizes breathability, effectively drains moisture, and dries quickly. Despite its feathery weight the material offers excellent abrasion-resistance. Even the laces are built for performance with their bio-based, recycled Dyneema fabrication that far exceeds the strength and abrasion-resistance of standard laces. A sock-like gusseting at the collar helps lock your foot in place, enhances overall fit, and keeps out debris.
- Lightweight but hard-wearing elastomer midsole: A lightweight, highly-responsive Arnitel midsole cushions each step and propels you forward. Despite its weight or lack of weight it is incredibly durable and maintains performance even after extended mileage and repeated wear. The shoe also comes with a shock-absorbing and energy-returning eTPU insole.
- Next level outsole performance: The shoe's soleplate is a collaboration between norda and Vibram the employs Litebase construction and an all-surface Megagrip compound to minimize weight and amplify responsiveness without compromising on durability. Toothy 5mm lugs help to elevate traction on challenging terrain.
What about sizing?Sold in pairs, the Women's 001A trail running shoe is available in a standard width and women's full and half sizes. NOTE that this model runs small, so per norda's suggestion, please choose a half size up. With a 26mm heel and a 21mm forefoot, the shoe has a moderate 5mm drop.
