We love the Eja for thru-hiking, but the Osprey Eja Pro 55 Women's backpack is next level, shaving almost an entire pound of pack weight! Despite weighing less than 3 pounds, it's still packed with features and comfortably carries up to 30 pounds.
Description
- Ultra-lightweight design keeps weight to a minimum without sacrificing performance: The pack's Ultralight AirSpeed suspension system consists of a 3.5mm powder-coated LightWire frame, a tensioned mesh backpanel, and foam-padded shoulder straps. High-tenacity NanoFly ripstop fabric has an amazing strength-to-weight ratio.
- Built-in torso adjustability: An easy-to-access injection-molded "ladder" allows you to adjust the torso length of the pack for a customizable fit. The pack also comes in two sizes to accommodate different torsos. The Xsmall/Small best fits 13"-17" torso lengths and the Medium/Large best fits from 16"-20".
- Modular design provides volume flexibility: Built-in compression and a removable lid allow you to adjust storage capacity and pack weight to suit the specific needs of any given adventure. Removing the lid reduces storage capacity by 9 liters and shaves another 2.6 ounces and an integrated minimalist FlapJacket cover still protects interior contents.
- Sustainable construction that doesn't compromise on functionality or durability: Tested to ensure that they meet Osprey's demanding technical requirements, the fabrics used on the pack are bluesign-approved and the protective durable water-repellent treatment is PFAS-free.
