Description
- Lightweight design for easier ascents and stability in the mountains: Osprey keeps the weight down by using an HDPE framesheet and stay to create structure without bulk in the suspension. Die cut EVA foam in the harness and backpanel offer comfort even under load. There's an adjustable sternum strap with a safety whistle and a webbing hipbelt to complete the fit.
- Smart gear access: The pack offers unique, panel-loading access with a zippered opening that lines up with the backpanel so you can lay it on the ground and access the contents without dragging the harness and hipbelt through snow or wet ground. Inside, there's side panel sleeves for small items or a thermos and a zippered stash pocket.
- Snow-specific design for skiing or snowboarding: This pack has attachment points for an A-frame or diagonal ski carry, as well as a vertical or horizontal front panel snowboard carry. There's also a dedicated ice tool sleeve and attachment point, a stash pocket for goggles or accessories and sled carry attachment loops. A dual-position stow-away helmet carry allows you to affix your helmet to either front or the top of the pack.
- Safety-minded setup for peace of mind: The easily accessible front compartment has a J-zip opening with pockets and storage designed for your avalanche safety kit. You can also easily carry a GPS/radio unit and attach the mic to the harness via webbing attachment points.
- Sustainable construction that doesn't compromise on functionality or durability: Tested to ensure that they meet Osprey's demanding technical requirements, the pack's main body fabric is 100% recycled and bluesign-approved high tenacity nylon. The protective durable water-repellent treatment is PFAS-free.
