Description
- Rugged waterproof protection with stretch-fit construction: The stretch woven nylon/spandex blend of the outer shell provides abrasion resistance while remaining nimble and light. Soft leather on the palm and back of the fingers adds durability. The shell incorporates a waterproof/breathable GORE-TEX insert for confident weather protection.
- Next-to-skin comfort and warmth for active mountain pursuits: Whether you're skinning to the top or making you way down the mountain, light and lofty VerticalX ECO synthetic insulation on the back of the hand and the palm helps capture the right amount of heat. The mitt's lining uses a stretch woven polyester at the back of the hand and a Merino wool fleece blend on the palm for cozy moisture-wicking performance.
- Ergonomic design to reduce fatigue: The mitts utilize a pre-curved design that follows the natural shape of your hand when it is in a relaxed position. This helps reduce the effort needed to grip or hold objects and helps to create a more secure fit for better dexterity and control.
- Touchscreen compatible for use with smart devices: Easily operate your phone, watch, or GPS device while wearing the mitts, thanks to the touchscreen compatible thumb.
- Practical features for easy wear and storage: The cuff is designed to tuck under your jacket cuff and has a secure Velcro strap for a snug fit at the wrist. Removable leashes provide additional security. There's a robust pull-on loop at the wrist to make it easy to get the mitts on, and there's even a soft suede nose wipe on the thumb! An integrated clip keeps the pair together when not in use.
