Designed for steep and technical hiking, scrambling, and climbing in all seasons, the Rab Women's Ascendor AS softshell pants have a durable and comfortable stretch construction that's ready to hit the trails season after season.
Description
- Durable stretch-fit design: The main fabric of the pants is a Matrix double weave that's stretchy but also abrasion-resistant and durable for rocky scrambling or off-trail bushwhacking. The fabric offers wind and light weather resistance while remaining breathable. There's also a soft brushed backing for next-to-skin comfort and the exterior has a DWR treatment to repel light precipitation.
- Mobility-promoting fit: In addition to the stretch of the fabric, the pants have articulated knees and long length gusset at the crotch for freedom of movement. The high waist has a low-profile design that's comfortable under a harness and has elastic at the sides to keep it snug without being constricting.
- Mountain-ready features for any trails or conditions: The pants have zippered ankle gussets to accommodate various footwear and reinforced kicker patches at the bottom to enhance durability. The waist has belt and attachment loops, so you have multiple options for support. There are two mesh-lined zippered hand pockets and a zippered thigh pocket as well.
