The Rab Women's Neutrino Pro Down Jacket provides mountaineers and alpine climbers with maximum warmth and hard-wearing weather-resistance and packability. Built to withstand the demands of cold-weather belaying, it also just makes for one toasty warm winter coat!
Description
- Premium weather-resistant down insulation for all-condition alpine adventures: The incredibly warm jacket is stuffed with a generous amount of lofty, compressible 800 fill-power European goose down. The down has a fluorocarbon-free hydrophobic finish that protects it from moisture, so it retains its insulating qualities even in wet or damp conditions. Stitched-through baffles ensure consistent warmth by keeping the insulation from migrating and creating cold spots.
- High-performance, ultra-lightweight, weather-protective exterior: A 20D Pertex Quantum Pro ripstop nylon shell encases the down insulation and has a water-repellant DWR coating to deliver surprising durability, water-resistance (not true waterproofness), and wind-resistance. An adjustable, fully-insulated, helmet-compatible hood extends protection and can be easily rolled away when not in use.
- An assortment of other performance-oriented details and features: A two-way weather-resistant front zipper allows for venting and belaying access, glove-friendly cuff and hem adjustments allow you to easily fine-tune fit and seal out the cold, zippered front pockets provide insulating warmth for your hands, and an internal security pockets safely stashes essentials and valuables. An additional inner stash pocket doubles as a storage solution for the jacket when it's not being worn.
