Description
- Salewa's 3F system creates an anatomical, precision fit : Mirroring the asymmetry of the human foot and resulting in less movement in the heel, less rubbing, and less potential for blisters, a high-cut flexible collar provides stability but still enables your ankle to flex comfortably and maintain an agile stride. A "Y"-shaped wire connection spreads the lacing three-dimensionally to hug the entire foot and better control the movement of the heel.
- The upper's construction effectively balances weight, stability, and durability: The boot's 100% recycled ripstop upper is highly abrasion-resistant while being far more breathable and flexible than leather. A PFC-free waterproof/breathable PowerTex membrane keeps your foot dry and comfortable. A bolstered toe softens the blow of rocks and roots.
- Underfoot support and performance for whatever the trail serves up: A trail running-influenced last, an ergonomic EVA midsole, and a high-density EVA plate work together to offer low-bulk cushioning and support. A dual-density recycled footbed enhances cushioning and fit. A premium Pomoca rubber outsole with strategically placed lugs provides an excellent heel-to-toe transition, sheds debris to keep you upright even in sloppy conditions, and ensures long-term durability.
