Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight 2 3-Season Backpacking Tent (Used)

There's no tent more iconic than the Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight 2. The non-freestanding 2-person backpacking tent offers reliable 3-season durability and a balance of weight and internal space at a budget-friendly price.

Measuring 89" x 52" at its widest point and tapering to 45" at the feet, the tent provides 30 square feet of interior space. A large front door provides easy access to the interior and a front vestibule offers 8.8 square feet of protected external space. Dual zippers on the vestibule door also allow you to use trekking poles (not included) to pitch the fly in an awning style.

Two lightweight but sturdy DAC Pressfit aluminum poles serve as the tent's architectural support. Because the tent is NOT freestanding, you will need to stake out corners for a proper pitch, but stakes and guyline are included. Extensive mesh on the body of the tent promotes airflow and helps to prevent condensation build-up on the interior of the tent. The durable PU-coated 68D, 190T polyester taffeta rainfly and 70D nylon taffeta floor keep the interior of the tent dry and fully taped seams bolster weather protection. An included easy-access stuff sack makes it easy to carry and store the tent when not in use.

The optional Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight 2 footprint (sold separately) can be used to further protect the floor of the tent against ground water, roots, and rocks.
