With a roomy, double-wide design, the innovative Sierra Designs Frontcountry Bed 20 Degree Duo sleeping bag provides couples with 3-season performance and a plush night of sleep away from home. Short-staple synthetic insulation delivers reliable, cost-effective performance.

The bag's synthetic insulation dries much faster than down and provides warmth even when wet. This is particularly important if you'll be camping in wet weather or humid climates.

By eliminating zippers, Sierra Designs has created a sleeping bag that's more similar to your down comforter at home than a traditional sleeping bag, though without a comforter's annoying ability to shift off your body in the middle of the night. You get in and out of the generously-cut rectangular through a unique catenary shaped opening that's smaller than the width of the bag to seal out drafts even when you're shifting inside. Once settled in, the versatile integrated comforter fits naturally around you and conforms to your preferred sleeping position while also allowing you to easily adjust for varying temperatures. Insulated pockets in the comforter provide a cozy place for your arms and hands to stay warm if you're not cocooned down inside the bag. They also allow you to easily tuck the sides of the comforter around and beneath you when temperatures drop. The top of the bag also allows heads to be tucked inside for insulated warmth much like a hood. The top is also cut broadly enough to accommodate the use of standard pillows. Unique self-sealing foot vents allow you to extend your feet out of the bottom of the bag in balmy weather but effectively retain heat when temperatures require it.

Beyond the zipperless construction, the bag has no additional cords or Velcro to get in the way of comfort, though it does feature a sleeping pad sleeve (pad not included) on the bottom to allow you to even better create a bed-like sleeping experience while spending the night outside.
