The classic The North Face Women's Chilkat V 400 WP winter boot has a tall, protective cuff, ample synthetic insulation, and a waterproof/breathable lining that equip it for the harshest of winter weather. A faux-fur collar adds style for the backcountry or around town.
The boot's rugged upper is a combination of waterproof leather and suede. Fully waterproof, seam-sealed construction keeps your foot dry and comfortable. Toasty 400g Heatseeker Eco synthetic insulation keeps your feet warm during the coldest conditions. The boot has a heel clip for snowshoe compatibility and a D-ring at the bottom of the lace area for use with gaiters (sold separately). Pull loops at the top of the tongue and heel make it a breeze to pull on the boot despite the tall collar height.
Underfoot, a compression-molded EVA midsole cushions your step and the molded TPU shell provides support while still allowing for surprising flexibility in a structured winter boot. The boot's durable rubber outsole is optimized to provide traction on snow and on ice.
