Designed for campers who aren't necessarily looking for a streamlined backpacking pad and aren't concerned with packed weight, the mattress offers extra-thick foam padding for warmth and comfort. A full 4" continuous layer of foam serves as an incredibly comfortable sleeping base and the ultra-responsive foam core contours to your body to provide great comfort and support. Soft stretch-knit fabric offers cozy next-to-skin comfort. The pad has a sprawling sleeping surface and the vertical sidewalls maximize loft.

The self-inflating design allows you to simply unroll the pad and open two one-way air valves. The open-cell foam core responds by soaking up air, similar to a sponge absorbing liquid. Once the mattress has reached initial inflation, you can achieve the full 4" thickness by adding a few puffs of air through the dual valves or you can fine-tune the density by pressing down lightly on the pad to release air. An included pump sack allows you to top of inflation without having to do so by mouth. This saves you time and energy but also keeps potentially destructive moisture from reaching the interior of the pad.

The Therm-a-Rest MondoKing 3D mattress is available in Large (25" x 77") and XXLarge (30" x 80") size options. The included pump sack also doubles as a stuff sack.
