Equipped with easy-to-use Boa Closure System bindings, fatigue-reducing heel lifters, and durable torsion deck construction, Tubbs FLEX RDG 22 Women’s snowshoes competently tackle varying conditions and a broad range of all-mountain terrain.

Tubbs was the first manufacturer to offer snowshoes designed specifically for women, introducing women's specific bindings in 1998. Anatomic and ergonomic adjustments are made to each binding to provide the female snowshoe enthusiast with the fit, comfort and performance she deserves. Accounting for the fact that, on average, women have a shorter walking stride than men, Tubbs has tapered the tail on women's specific models to be narrower than the tails found on men's snowshoes, allowing the user to maintain a more natural stride.

Molded Torsion Decks increase articulation throughout the bodies of the snowshoes, allowing them to truly flex with your stride to enhance both traction and maneuverability. The use of "cutaways" and thinner material at either ends of the shoes keeps weight to a minimum while maintaining flotation. Unique integrated Tubbs FLEX Tails absorb the shock of heel strikes, reducing stress on your joints and further enabling you to maintain a natural, comfortable stride. Asymmetric CustomWrap bindings utilize a Boa Closure System to let you customize fit with the simple twist of a dial. No fiddling with extraneous straps required. The bindings provide maximum support for your boot, securely locking the heel in place. The base is fully adjustable to accommodate varying footwear ranging from Women's sizes 5-11. Built-in ActiveLift heel lifters lessen the distance that the bottoms of your boots travel from the snowshoe decks during climbs. This design improves performance on steep slopes and helps to reduce the fatigue associated with elevation gains.

The snowshoes are outfitted with carbon steel toe crampons for maximum traction and responsiveness. In addition, micro-serrated Traction Rails and tail traction further enhance grip and deliver superior traction for uphill climbs and side-hill traverses.
