Not all running shorts are created equal. The Ultimate Direction Women's Hydro Skirt delivers comfortable running performance, but also has its own built-in hydration with two included high-flow FlexForm II 300 ml water bottles!
There are many lumbar packs and hydration vests that allow you to carry water but not everyone likes where the water ends up resting or how those "carriers" fit. The integrated rear stretch pockets on the Hydro Short hug the ergonomic bottles to the natural shelf of your hips resulting in surprisingly little movement and position weight in a way that won't inhibit your running. A separate pocket centered between the two water bottle pockets can safely stow your phone or other small items and a waistband pocket keeps small essentials right up front.
The external shorts are constructed of breathable airy polyester and spandex. An inner nylon/spandex short offers a close chafe-free fit and a hidden, rigid waist adjuster aids in load distribution while providing a broad range of fit adjustability.
