Description

Premium synthetic insulation achieves an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio: The hoody isn't designed to be your dead-of-winter stand-alone insulating piece, but with 40g FullRange synthetic insulation you get warmth, stretch, and air permeability rolled into one for active cool-to-cold weather activities. And, unlike down insulation, FullRange keeps on insulating even in wet or damp conditions.
A design focus on maneuverability: The shell and lining fabric is a 100% recycled polyester ripstop with built-in stretch to maintain a full range of motion. Even the internal insulation stretches to move with you. Articulated patterning and low-profile quilting combine to keep movement unhindered.
Functional fit details and performance features: An elastic bound hood extends warmth and provides a close but comfortable fit. The full-length front zipper has a "garage" at the top of the track to improve comfort around your chin. Sleek, low-bulk, snag-resistant cuffs stretch to keep warmth in and pull up over the forearms for visibility and temperature control. A cleanly finished hem seals in warmth. There are two zippered handwarmer pockets and two low-profile zippered chest pockets. When not in use, the jacket can be stowed inside the left chest pocket.
