Lightweight and highly-breathable the Rab Women's Alpha Direct Jacket employs innovative synthetic insulation to offer just a touch of warmth for alpine climbing or aerobic cold-weather pursuits.

The exterior of the jacket is constructed of wind-and water-resistant Pertex Microlight fabric. Though not truly waterproof the jacket will fend off light precipitation. Underneath the exterior Polartec Alpha Direct synthetic insulation ensures warmth even in damp conditions and it excels at managing moisture and drying quickly if it does become damp. A low-profile lightly-insulated hood extends protective coverage and enhances warmth. It can be rolled down and held in place by a Velcro tab when not in use.

Other features include an adjustable hem stretch fleece cuffs a storm flap behind the full-length front zipper a zippered chest pocket and two zippered hand pockets.

Available in an array of size and color options the Rab Women's Alpha Direct Jacket has a slim fit that is best worn only over baselayers and low-profile midlayers.
