Description

Premium waterproof and windproof protection for hiking or mountaineering: The jacket's 3-layer Pertex Shield fabrication fends off everything from drizzle to torrential downpours. The 40D fabric keeps weight to a minimum while also maintaining a high level of breathability so you don't wet out from the inside. Integrated pit zips allow you to keep your core ventilated during high exertion without exposing you entirely to the elements.
A thoughtful assortment of fit and performance features: The jacket has an adjustable hood with line of sight-maintaining peaked brim and a protective YKK AquaGuard full-length front zipper. Fully articulated sleeves promote mobility, a rear hem adjustment has a user-friendly single-handed design, and adjustable cuffs offer extended, glove-friendly coverage. A zippered chest pocket stows small essentials, and two lower hand pockets are positioned high enough to grant access even if you're wearing a harness or carrying a pack.
