Description

  • Premium 800-fill down insulation with heat-retaining technology for maximum warmth without the weight: The jacket relies on lofty 800-fill power down insulation that's bolstered by HeiQ XReflex radiant barrier technology, which reflects body heat back to you to generate greater warmth without adding weight or reducing breathability. This innovative construction allows for greater warmth with less insulation material, maximizing packability while reducing weight.
  • Adaptable for use in variable weather conditions: A fixed hood is fully insulated, and the jacket's high collar protects from icy drafts even if you're not using the hood. A two-way front zipper offers flexibility for venting or using a harness.
  • Pockets for convenience and comfort: There are two zippered hand pockets and a zippered chest pocket so that you can easily keep small essentials close at hand.

This is one of those jackets where you can have your cake and eat it too. To me, this is one of the best insulated jackets out there, blending all the best parts of an ultralight and packable jacket that also looks great around town. The 1-2 punch of 850 down and advanced reflective heat barrier keep the silhouette nice and trim so I look less like a snowman. Personally, I ‘d go with a size larger due to the more streamlined European cut of the jacket.
