The jacket's exterior fabric is a polyester/viscose blend with a touch of elastane for stretch. The fabric has a soft, comfortable feel, and dries quickly during aerobic activities. The padded front panel uses 60g synthetic insulation to deliver reliable warmth even in damp or wet conditions. By focusing insulation only on the front, the jacket delivers breathability and maneuverability everywhere else while keeping bulk and weight to a minimum. This design also adds versatility for utilizing the hoodie as a warm midlayer. A tall collar and close-fitting hood extend warmth and protection. Two roomy insulated front pockets with zippers keep hands warm.
