The Sea to Summit Alpine eVent Gaiter effectively balances weight and durability to provide waterproof/breathable protection for skiing, trekking, or wet weather hiking.

Description

The Sea to Summit Alpine eVent Gaiter effectively balances weight and durability to provide waterproof/breathable protection for skiing trekking or wet weather hiking.

The gaiter is constructed of lightweight abrasion-resistant 900D nylon and eVent fabrication fends off precipitation while still allowing warm air to escape. A 1.5"-wide Velcro opening runs the full length of the gaiter and provides excellent fit adjustability. A stainless steel hook allows the gaiter to attach directly to shoe or boot laces and a Hypalon strap further secures the gaiter by running underneath footwear. The strap can be removed entirely to save on weight or if not needed.

Good buy

Likes

Able to replace the strap if needed, very effective velcro, the bungie to tighten top is quick an easy. Worked great with snow shoeing.

Dislikes

The hook doesn't stay on my laces, took more time to get on than anticipated.
